Jump Rope Singapore Competition 2016

Jump Rope Singapore Competition 2016 Volume 1 will be on the 3rd of June 2016. Volume 1 will be on Speed events. They include:

1) 60 seconds Individual Cross Over

2) 2 mins Team Long Rope Speed Relay

3) 2 mins Team Double Dutch Speed Relay

4) 60 seconds Double Dutch Double Unders

Jump Rope Singapore Competition 2015

Jump Rope Singapore Competition 2015 was held in November 2015. The events were: 30 sec Individual Speed, 30 sec double unders, Individual Freestyle, Pair Freestyle and Team Freestyle.
